We aim to present accurate titles, product photographs, measurements, material information and package details.

Product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and other reasonable differences. Props in photographs are not necessarily included.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the individual product information before selecting sizes, options or equipment accessories.

05. Sizing and Compatibility

Snow gloves, wrist guards, neck gaiters, suspenders and other accessories may require attention to measurements and intended use.

Ski poles and carrying bags should also be selected according to the applicable dimensions and equipment compatibility requirements.

Where important information is unclear, customers are encouraged to contact support before purchasing.

Prices are shown on product pages and are confirmed during checkout.

Shipping fees, applicable taxes and valid promotional discounts are reflected in the final checkout amount where required.

Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–15 business days after shipment. The estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be initiated within 30 days after receipt.

Customers should contact our support team before returning products and follow the instructions provided.

Skiing, snowboarding and other winter activities involve inherent risks. Customers must use equipment according to applicable manufacturer instructions and safety recommendations.

Protective accessories such as wrist guards and elbow pads cannot eliminate the possibility of injury.

Products must be selected according to their intended purpose, sizing requirements and compatibility. Our general product information is not a substitute for professional instruction or fitting advice.

Website content, product descriptions, logos, layouts, photographs and other material may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
